From Data to Dashboards: HR & Skills Reporting at Bewel with SAP Datasphere & Power BI

Hans presents a real-world implementation at Bewel, where data from SAP SuccessFactors and a custom-built BTP application — the Growth Companion App  — is surfaced through SAP Datasphere into Power BI for reporting. The architecture powers a wide range of dashboards: employee growth tracking, skills matching for incoming orders, over- and underperformance insights, and more. In parallel, the same architecture drives reporting on S/4HANA data — demonstrating how a unified data layer can serve both HR and business intelligence needs.
