      Elia Group build a future-proof scope 3 carbon accounting platform on SAP BTP

      In recent years, Elia Group has advanced its efforts to decarbonize its supply chain by building a custom scope 3 carbon accounting platform on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This platform has significantly improved transparency and maturity in tracking upstream emissions. Elia Group uses a web application built on SAP BTP with the SAPUI5 framework, designed for user-friendly data transfer and analysis. The SAP Fiori app automates data collection, calculations, and scope 3 reporting, integrating data from various sources. For the first time, Elia Group’s 2023 non-financial report will feature scope 3 emissions data generated by their own platform, raising awareness of the environmental impact of infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.       Plopsa modernizes their SAP ECC with SAP BTP to improve efficiency and data-driven operations

      Plopsa, a leading theme park group, partnered with Flexso to modernize its ECC system and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, safety, and data-driven decision-making. Flexso upgraded Plopsa’s custom legacy applications using SAP BTP and Fiori on CAP, supported by SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere for enhanced data management and reporting. Security was strengthened through Azure AD (now Microsoft Entra ID), allowing users to access only the data relevant to their specific park.Several applications were developed within SAP Work Zone. These include a visitor tracking app that monitors real-time attendance across all parks, incorporating weather forecasts and cash register data to assist with budget planning. Additionally, Flexso created a safety app for tracking first aid incidents, an operations dashboard for park managers, a staff clothing management app, and dedicated apps for managing hotels and events.
