A story about the development of SmarttransPOD. SmarttansPOD is a mobile application created by delaware for Joris Ide.
Joris Ide is a company that specializes in the production and distribution of roofing and cladding products for industrial and commercial buildings.
Joris Ide needed a mobile application that external truck drivers could use as electronic proof of delivery. In this session we will show a demo of the application together with the technical architecture.
We will dive deeper in the used technologies and the next steps to further improve the app.

I am from Waregem and have a bachelor applied information technologies at the HoGent. For the last 3 years I am a technical full-stack SAP consultant at delaware. My focus is developing Fiori applications on SAP BTP in combination with developing the backend in SAP ABAP. 2 years ago, I met Joris Ide, that’s where I got my first mobile experience.
