SAP recently announced applications for Customer COE contract & license management activities – License Utilization Preparation Area (LUPA) and License Utilization Information (LUI).
LUPA is the first step before the actual system measurement can take place for all onPrem customers.
Within this application, the measurement process can be planned accordingly and prepared correctly. Once the measurement is completed, the results are sent to LUI for further checks.
The LUI application provides a comprehensive overview of SAP License Entitlement and SAP Software Usage for SAP Public Cloud and for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise customers.
Both applications can easily be accessed via SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
